I’m CaAtherine, the Founder of The Real Healthy HQ, a fitness and wellness hub specially crafted for individuals of every age, shape, and ability. With over a decade of experience as a plus-sized Wellness and Fitness Coach, as well as a Chair Yoga & Meditation Teacher, I’m dedicated to making fitness accessible to all.

At The Real Healthy HQ, we recognize that one size doesn’t fit all. That’s why we specialize in tailoring programs and workout sessions to meet your individual needs. Whether you’re in your 40s, 60s, 80s, or beyond, it’s never too late to prioritize your health and well-being.

We are not just another fitness or yoga place, we are a body-neutral space. Here, we celebrate and empower individuals of all sizes, making health and wellness a journey that’s both personal and inclusive.

I have been attending CaAtherine’s Chair Yoga classes for nearly 2 years and I want to share my yoga experience with you and to say how much I highly recommend CaAtherine’s classes to anyone who feels they need more mobility in their life. I am 77 years old and had bad mobility issues before starting to work with CaAtherine. I have been attending CaAtherine’s Chair Yoga classes for nearly two years. As many women of my age feel I had always looked after everyone but hadn’t really looked after myself. I’d had back surgery 6 years ago leading to nerve damage to the right side of my body, particularly my right foot. I then broke my right knee after a fall. All of the trauma to my body resulted in my being diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I also had severe asthma.  I was overweight, constantly sore and tired, and generally feeling flat. 

I was scrolling through Facebook and saw CaAtherine’s post about chair yoga. It took me a month to walk through her studio door but I’m so glad I did. I now attend 2 classes a week as well as meditation. I am more supple, have less pain and it’s the first winter I’ve not been sick for many years. I am calmer and have built my confidence again.
